Description
The NJU3711D is an 8-bit serial to parallel converter specifically designed for MPU outport expansion. This converter enables effective outport assignment of MPU through the connection with NJU3711D using only 4 lines. The serial data synchronizing with 5MHz or more clock can be input to the serial data input terminal and the data are output from parallel output buffer through serial in parallel out shift register and parallel data latches. With its wide noise margin and high drive-ability output buffer of 25mA, the hysteresis input circuit can drive LED directly.
