The N87C51 is a microcontroller that belongs to the MCS 51 controller family. It is a single-chip control-oriented microcontroller fabricated on Intel's CHMOS III-E technology. With a maximum frequency of 24 MHz, it offers high performance and improved programming algorithms. The microcontroller has an on-chip program memory of up to 4 Kbytes, which can be extended to 64K of external program memory.
