Description
The 74LV123PW,112 is a low-voltage Si-gate CMOS device used as a multivibrator. It is compatible with the 74HC123 and 74HCT123 models. This electronic component is optimized for low-voltage applications, accepting TTL input levels between VCC = 2.7 V and VCC = 3.6 V. It has a typical output ground bounce of < 0.8 V at VCC = 3.3 V and Tamb = 25°C and a typical HIGH-level output voltage (VOH) undershoot of > 2 V at VCC = 3.3 V and Tamb = 25°C. The 74LV123PW,112 operates with DC trigger from active HIGH or active LOW inputs and is retriggerable for very long pulses up to 100% duty factor. It also has a direct reset function to terminate output pulses and features Schmitt-trigger action on all inputs except for the reset input.Specifications and features
