    The 74LVCH16373ADL,112 is a 16-bit D-type transparent latch. It features separate D-type inputs for each latch with 3-state outputs for bus oriented applications. It is designed to work in a mixed 3.3 and 5 V environment, as inputs can be driven from either 3.3 or 5 V devices, and outputs can handle 5 V in 3-state operation. It also features 5 V tolerant inputs/outputs for interfacing with 5 V logic, low power consumption, and direct interface with TTL levels. The model has bushold on all data inputs (74LVCH16373A only), multiple power and ground pins for minimum noise and ground bounce, and complies with JEDEC standard no. 8-1A. The device is ESD protected, with HBM and MM ESD protection that exceeds 2000 V and 200 V, respectively. It is specified to work in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 °C and -40 to +125 °C.
