Specifications and features
The product has an operating Input Voltage Range of 2.0 V to 5.5 V and fixed voltage options available from 0.8 V to 3.5 V. The device has a very low quiescent current of Max. 50 μA over Temperature and ultra-low noise of 10 VRMS from 100 Hz to 100 kHz. The very low dropout voltage of 86 mV at 200 mA, ±2% Accuracy over Full Load, Line and Temperature Variations, High PSRR of 72 dB at 1 kHz are key features. The thermal shutdown and current limit protections make it an attractive choice for wide ranges of battery-powered, portable products. It is stable with a 1 μF Ceramic Output Capacitor and comes in 1.06 mm x 1.06 mm 4−bump CSP Package.
