Description
The ADP3418JRZ-REEL is a dual, high voltage MOSFET driver designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs, which are the two switches in a nonisolated, synchronous, buck power converter. This product includes overlapping drive protection, has one PWM signal that generates both drives, and an output disable control that turns off both MOSFETs. The ADP3418JRZ-REEL has a load capacity of 3000 pF and a 30 ns transition time.
