Description
AH1751-PG-B-A is a single-digital-output Hall-effect sensor designed for high temperature operation. It features an on-chip Hall voltage generator for magnetic sensing, an amplifier to amplify Hall voltage, and a comparator for noise rejection. The device also includes an open-collector output pre-driver and a built-in band-gap regulator for temperature-compensated supply voltage for internal circuits.
