Description
The LTC1865LACMS is a 16-bit Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) offered in MSOP and SO-8 packages. It operates on a single 3V power supply which typically consumes only 450µA at 150ksps. At lower speeds, the supply current drops further, as the LTC1865LACMS automatically powers down between conversions. These ADCs include sample-and-hold and switched capacitor successive approximation technology. The LTC1864L has a differential analog input with an external reference pin, while the LTC1865L offers a software selectable 2-channel MUX and an external reference pin on the MSOP version.
