Description
The SEEIC1002 is an improved high precision analog multiplexer designed for electronic components. It is available in two models: PS398 and PS399. The PS398 is an 8-channel single-ended mux, while the PS399 is a 4-channel differential multiplexer. Both models provide precise selection of inputs to a common output based on address pins. They also feature an enable pin for disabling all switches, making them convenient for stacking multiple devices.

- Low glitching to reduce step errors and improve settling times with charge injection <5pC
- Split-supply operation (+3V to +8V)
- Improved second sources for MAX398/MAX399
- On-Resistance matching between channels <6Ohm and flatness <11-ohm
- Low off-channel leakage with INO(OFF) < 1nA @ +85oC and ICOM(ON) <2.5nA @ +85oC
- TTL/CMOS logic compatible with fast switching speed (tTRANS <250ns)
- Break-Before-Make action eliminates momentary crosstalk
- Rail-to-Rail analog signal range
