Description
The EBD5124 is a double data rate (DDR) SDRAM module that contains 16 pieces of 512M bits DDR SDRAM sealed in TSOP package. It has a memory capacity of 128M words x 64 bits and operates at high speed, thanks to its 2-bits prefetch-pipelined architecture. Both read and write operations are performed at the cross points of CK and /CK.
