  • Description

    The AD774BTD is a monolithic 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that belongs to the analog to digital converters (ADCs) product category. The chip is designed for direct interface to 8- and 16-bit microprocessor busses. The AD774BTD features a complete on-chip voltage reference and clock and comes with only power supplies and control signals needed for operation. The AD774BTD is pin-compatible with the industry-standard AD574A, but has a faster conversion time and bus access speed, and lower power consumption. The AD674BTD converts in 15 µs (maximum) and the AD774BTD converts in 8 µs (maximum).
