The LTC4444EMS8E-5#TRPBF is an N-channel MOSFET gate driver in the LTC4441 series. It is capable of supplying up to 6A of peak output current. With a supply voltage range of 5V to 25V, this chip features an adjustable linear regulator for the gate drive voltage, allowing it to be programmed between 5V and 8V.
