Description
The TP3057AN is an electronic component model in the product category of Interface - CODECs. It is a TMOS V™ Power Field Effect Transistor with N–Channel Enhancement–Mode Silicon Gate technology. This transistor is designed to have a 12 ampere and 60 volt capacity with an on-resistance of 0.15 ohms.
TMOSV is a new technology that aims to achieve an on-resistance area that is about one-half the size of standard MOSFETs. This new technology allows for more than double the cell density of the 50 and 60 volt TMOS devices. Just like TMOSE-FET designs, TMOSV is engineered to withstand high energy in the avalanche and commutation modes.
