Description
The A3213ELHLT is an ultra-sensitive, pole independent Hall-effect switch with a latched digital output. It is designed for use in battery-operated, hand-held equipment such as cellular phones, cordless telephones, pagers, and palmtop computers. With a voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V and a unique clocking scheme, this component reduces the average operating power requirements to 825 µW (A3213ELHLT) or 14 µW (A3214ELHLT) at 2.75V. It offers superior temperature stability, extremely low switch-point drift, and is insensitive to physical stress. The A3213ELHLT is ESD protected up to 5kV, ensuring solid-state reliability. It has a small size and can be easily manufactured with magnet pole independence.
