Description
The ATNR4010100MT is a fixed resistive attenuator that is a part of the ATN3590 family of integrated circuits. These circuits are made up of thin film resistors and through-die vias, and offer exceptional attenuation flatness from low frequency up to 40 GHz or higher. This particular model offers attenuation values ranging from 0 to 10 dB in 1 dB steps, as well as 12, 15, 20, and 30 dB. It is a fixed-value, absorptive device with a return loss of up to 30 dB and enhanced power handling of 2 W.
