The SF08U60F is a serial access microcontroller designed for secure portable objects. It is part of the ST19 device family and is manufactured using reliable ST submicron technology. The microcontroller features an 8-bit CPU core, on-chip memories including 960 Bytes of RAM, 32 KBytes of USER ROM, and 8 KBytes of EEPROM. The memories can be configured into partitions, and the user can set up access rules between partitions using the Memory Access Control Logic.
