Description

The VN5772AK is a full, half-bridge driver electronic component. It consists of three monolithic chips housed in a standard SO-28 package. The device incorporates a double high side switch and two low side switches. The high side is made using STMicroelectronics VIPower™ M0-5 Technology, while the low side switches are fully protected VIPower™ M0-3 OMNIFET II.
