Description
The AT45DB021E-SSHN2B-T is a 2.7-volt only, serial interface Flash memory suitable for in-system reprogramming. It has a total memory capacity of 2,162,688 bits, organized as 1024 pages of 264 bytes each. Along with the main memory, this component also includes two SRAM data buffers of 264 bytes each, allowing the receiving of data while a page in the main memory is being reprogrammed. Unlike conventional Flash memories, the AT45DB021E-SSHN2B-T uses a serial interface for sequential access to its data.
