Description
The MIC58P01YWM is a highly efficient, 80V, high-current (500mA) power distribution switch fitted with 8 CMOS data latches, that are parallel-input latched drivers. Created with CMOS control circuitry for common CLEAR, STROBE, and OUTPUT ENABLE functions, it also includes each latch’s bipolar Darlington transistor driver and additional protection circuitry like thermal shutdown, under voltage lockout (UVLO), and overcurrent shutdown.
