Description
The UPD74HC112G is an electronic component model specifically designed for integrated circuit chips (IC chips). It is a CCD (charge-coupled device) linear image sensor that converts optical images into electrical signals. With 4096 photo-elements, two lines of 2061-bit CCD charge transfer registers, two output amplifiers, and two compensation signal amplifiers, it offers excellent photo-electrical characteristics and high resolution of 16 dots per mm across a 25.6-cm page. It operates on a single 12-volt power supply and has a transfer efficiency above 99.996%. The UPD74HC112G is contained in a 24-pin ceramic DIP package.
