The 54ACT100FMQB is a high-speed CMOS electronic component model designed for the aerospace industry. It is part of the 54AC and 54ACT series, which offers a wide range of functions such as gates, flip-flops, multiplexers, counters, and bus interfaces. With its radiation hardness, immunity from single event latch-up (SEL) and single event upset (SEU), and hermetic packaging, this model is able to withstand the most challenging environmental conditions.
