The DS1620S-L65H75 is a digital thermometer and thermostat designed to provide accurate temperature readings for various applications. It offers 9-bit temperature readings that indicate the current temperature of the device. In addition, it features three thermal alarm outputs, allowing it to function as a thermostat. The DS1620S-L65H75 is easy to use and does not require any external components. With a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, it can measure temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C in 0.5°C increments. It converts temperature to a digital word in 750 ms maximum. The thermostatic settings on the DS1620S-L65H75 are user-definable and nonvolatile, ensuring consistent and accurate temperature control. The device utilizes a 3-wire serial interface (CLK, DQ, RST) for data reading and writing.
