Description
SI9114ADY-T1 is a current mode PWM controller designed for ISDN power supplies. It comes in a 14-pin SOIC package and provides all the necessary functions to implement a single-switch PWM with minimal external parts. The controller is integrated with a 200-V depletion mode MOSFET, allowing it to power directly off the high input bus without the need for an external start-up circuit. The Start and Stop input voltage thresholds can be programmed within the operating input voltage range using a resistor divider, where the Start voltage should be higher than the Stop voltage.
