Description

The PEB3081F V1.4 GREEN is a Signal Processing Subscriber Line Interface Codec Filter (SLICOFI) IC chip. It is a logic continuation of the SIEMENS PCM-Codec-Filter-IC's family and is fabricated in a standard 1 µm BiCMOS technology. This chip is designed for flexible solutions in digital communication systems and integrates DC-feeding, Supervision, and Meterpulse Injection features on chip. It requires only a few external components and does not require trimming or adjustments. The PEB3081F V1.4 GREEN follows relevant CCITT, LSSGR, and DBP recommendations and utilizes advanced low power 1 µm BiCMOS technology. It supports PCM encoded digital voice transmission, has a four-pin serial IOM-2 interface, and comes in a standard P-LCC-44 package.
