The CY8C9560A-24AXI is a member of the CY8C54 family from Cypress. This microcontroller unit enhances the way information is acquired, processed, and controlled with high accuracy, bandwidth, and flexibility in signal processing, and control capabilities. The CY8C9560A-24AXI is a digital system with a 32-bit ARM Cortex™-M3 processor core that operates in a range of up to DC 80 MHz. It features a 24 channel DMA with multilayer AHB bus access, up to 256 KB flash program memory, up to 64 KB SRAM memory, and versatile I/O. The microcontroller is also ultra-low power, providing multiple low power modes, including 300 nA hibernation mode and 2 µA sleep mode. The CY8C54 family offers unparalleled opportunities for analog and digital bill of materials integration while accommodating last-minute design changes through simple firmware updates.
