Description
The PCF7936AA is a programmable Security Transponder designed for contactless authentication and memory access in vehicle immobiliser applications. It features excellent device sensitivity, short authentication time, and a 256-bit non-volatile memory. The transponder also supports read and write protection of data and has two Read Only modes for compatibility with common systems. The device is powered by the RF field generated by the basestation and is assembled in a small leadless stick-shaped plastic package.
