Description
The S6B0741XO1-17XN is a driver and controller LSI designed for 4-level gray scale graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display systems. It is equipped with 128 segment and 129 common driver circuits, and can be connected directly to a microprocessor. The chip accepts Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or 8-bit parallel display data and stores it in an on-chip display data RAM. This chip offers various features such as partial display, window moving, data scrolling, and low power consumption. It also contains power supply circuits necessary to drive liquid crystal, making it possible to build a display system with minimal components.
