Description
The HCNW2651-000E is an optically coupled gate that combines a GaAsP light-emitting diode and a high-gain photo detector. It features an enable input that allows the detector to be strobed and an open collector Schottky clamped transistor output. With its internal shield, it guarantees a common mode transient immunity specification up to 15,000 V/µs at Vcm = 1000 V and provides maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while achieving TTL compatibility. This optocoupler AC/DC operational parameter is guaranteed from -40°C to +85°C, ensuring trouble-free system performance.
