The CE6219P45P is an 18 and 20 Pin EPROM-based member of the versatile PICmicro™ family of low-cost, high-performance, CMOS, fully-static, 8-bit microcontrollers with EEPROM data memory. It is a high-performance RISC CPU with only 35 instructions to learn and operates at a speed of up to 20 MHz clock input. The microcontroller features interrupt capability, 16 special function hardware registers, and an 8-level deep hardware stack. It also has 13 I/O pins with individual direction control and a high current sink/source for direct LED drive. Additionally, it includes an analog comparator module, a timer/counter, and various special microcontroller features such as In-Circuit Serial Programming (ICSP™) and power saving Sleep mode. The CE6219P45P uses low-power, high-speed CMOS EPROM/EEPROM technology and has a wide operating voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V.
