The LF90ABDT-TR is a linear voltage regulator that comes in a TO-220, TO-220FP, DPAK, and PPAK package. This voltage regulator has a wide range of output voltages it can handle. With a low drop voltage of only 0.45 V and a low quiescent current, it is an ideal choice for low-power and low-noise applications. This makes it particularly useful for battery-powered systems. The device is also suitable for use as a local regulator. In the PPAK configuration, it comes with a shutdown logic control function and requires only a 2.2 µF capacitor for stability. The LF90ABDT-TR is available as an automotive-grade in DPAK and PPAK packages.
