Description
The V6300L1 is a CMOS device that monitors the supply voltage of any electronic system and generates the appropriate Reset signal. It ensures that the system functions correctly by defining the minimum allowed voltage threshold. The output remains inactive as long as the supply voltage stays above this level, and becomes active when the voltage drops below the threshold. Once VDD (supply voltage) increases above threshold voltage (VTH), the output remains active for an additional 50ms. This allows the system to stabilize before getting fully active. Various threshold voltages are available, including 2.0V, 2.4V, 2.8V, 3.5V, 4.0V, and 4.5V.
