The STMicroelectronics VIPER06LN is a new motor control system designed for use in a wide range of applications. It combines robust digital signal processing, analog control, power drive and long current sensing capabilities to provide a reliable, high-performance motor control solution. The STMicroelectronics VIPER06LN also provides several integrated power conversion stages for a wide range of motor control applications, including brushed DC motors, three-phase motors and actuators. It offers superior noise immunity through an advanced surge protection that can withstand up to 8kV ESD and 3kV surge voltage. The chip is also equipped with an accurate current sensing circuit that measures the motor current up to a resolution of 20mA. This enables the chip to provide precise feedback control and allows for more efficient motor control. In addition to these features, the STMicroelectronics VIPER06LN utilizes high-level device-level protection, as well as adaptive thermal management, to ensure safe and reliable operation. The STMicroelectronics VIPER06LN is a highly efficient, cost-effective motor control system that is ideal for a variety of motor control applications.
