Texas Instruments' CDCE925PWRG4 is an ultra-wideband frequency synthesizer that supports an expansive range of frequencies, providing high-performance frequency synthesis solutions. It's based on an innovative, low-power architecture that provides improved phase noise performance, higher levels of integration, faster switching times, and low current consumption. The synthesizer includes a phase-locked loop (PLL), phase-shift networks, and a frequency divider that are specifically designed to support ultra-wideband frequency synthesis. It supports both fractional-N and integer-N architectures, and supports frequency bands from 3KHz to 8GHz with excellent phase noise, tuning range, and control resolution. Its features make it ideal for a large range of base station, VSAT, MEMs, RFID/UWB, consumer electronics and industrial applications.
