Analog Devices Inc. AD976AARSZ 16-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) is a successive approximation register (SAR) sample-and-hold architecture-based converter that provides excellent performance for precision applications. This ADC operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and has a single-ended parallel analog input and supports sample rates up to 200ksps. The AD976AARSZ is built in a robust 28-Pin SSOP package, making it easy to integrate with a variety of on-board designs. The AD976AARSZ offers a wide gain bandwidth, high speed, low power performance and excellent conversion accuracy with a 16-bit resolution. This ADC features a low noise floor that allows accurate detection of small signals while consuming minimal current. The high SNR performance of this ADC is 99dB and it supports offset and gain error calibration to ensure accurate results. Additionally, this ADC is equipped with an analog lock detect feature for monitoring the input signals. Overall, the Analog Devices Inc. AD976AARSZ ADC offers superior performance in precision applications with a wide temperature range operation, low-power consumption, and excellent SNR and accuracy.
