Analog Devices Inc. AD8494ARMZ-R7 is an ultra-low power, low noise, low dropout precision CMOS Voltage Reference that offers superior high temperature performance, low power consumption and accuracy. The AD8494ARMZ-R7 voltage reference is designed to be the precision component of choice when power is limited and the highest performance and dependability is needed. The device is able to operate over a wide temperature range, provides a wide output voltage range, and offers accuracy of 0ppm/°C over extended temperature ranges. The AD8494ARMZ-R7 is an ideal choice for applications such as portable instrumentation, medical test equipment, industrial process control, and data acquisition. The device features a very low current consumption (<1µA) combined with excellent long-term stability and a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. The AD8494ARMZ-R7 offers two separate output voltage options and offers an adjustable output voltage for further customization. The AD8494ARMZ-R7 is RoHS compliant.
