HCPL-5731 Description
Broadcom HCPL-5731 is a 2-channel, sealed logical output optocoupler with each channel consisting of a GaAsP light-emitting diode. The HCPL-5731 provides 1500Vrms of insulation voltage in the through-pass DIP-8 package with forward current up to 5mA, making it ideal for those applications with low input current.
