Texas Instruments LM5112SDNOPB is a gate driver that combines the uniqueness of MOS and bipolar devices with lower power consumption required for high frequency operation. LM5112SDNOPB maintains stable performance over the temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and it has a supply current of 2mA.
