HMHAA280 Description
The onsemi HMHAA280 is a 1-channel, NPN transistor output photocoupler consisting of two GaAs infrared emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel. HMHAA280 provides a 50% current transfer ratio in a compact size SMD-4 enclosure, and it operates over a temperature range from -55°C to 100°C. The HMHAA280 is suitable for those applications with a forward current of 50mA.
