The XC2S300E-6PQ208C is one of a family of Xilinx Spartan FPGAs that feature outstanding performance, rich feature sets, and extensive logic resources. Operating at 275MHz in a compact PQFP-208 enclosure, The FPGA XC2S300E-6PQ208C is an excellent replacement for mask-programmed ASICs.
