The Microchip Technology MCP16301T-I/CHY is a DC DC switching regulator that provides a high-efficiency, low-noise, and low-cost solution for a wide range of applications. This device is a 600mA, 500kHz step-down surface mount 2V adjustable SOT-23-6 buck regulator. It features an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 2V, and a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The MCP16301T-I/CHY also features a low quiescent current of only 1.2mA, and a high efficiency of up to 95%.
