Analog Devices Inc. AD7470ARUZ is a precision two-channel, 24-bit analog-to- digital converter (ADC) module with built-in 16-bit sigma-delta (σ-Δ) modulation. The module has a maximum sample rate of 39k samples/second with an input range of ± 10V and a resolution of 24 bits. Its temperature range covers both industrial (-20°C to +85°C) and automotive (-40°C to +125°C) temperatures, making it a suitable solution for both industrial and automotive applications. The onboard oscillator and sigma-delta modulator reduce external clock and filtering requirements, which eliminates the need for external components while providing superb board space design efficiency. The AD7470ARUZ offers high dynamic performance with a low noise density of 25nV/√Hz in its digital domain, and excellent linearity with low integral and differential nonlinearity errors of ± 0.001%. Additionally, the ADC features 4-KByte input data memory, power removal muting, adjustable anti-aliasing filters, and programmable gain selection. The module is available in a RoHS- compliant, 44-pin LQFP package, and can be powered with 3.3V and 5V supplies.
