Texas Instruments’ Supervisors TPS3820-33QDBVRQ1 is the perfect reset solution for automotive designs which need to handle extreme temperatures of -40°C to 125°C (TA). It sets maximum overvoltage protection with push-pull, totem pole and active low reset. The 15 ms minimum reset time ensures reliable and robust performance. AEC-Q100 SOT-23-5 offers easy and flexible integration and is optimized for a wide input voltage range of 2.93V to 5.5V. This simple power- on reset and reset supervisor is an ideal choice for reliable reset in harsh environments.
