The Texas Instruments SM72485SDE/NOPB is a synchronous rectified buck controller that featurelies high frequency voltage-mode control to facilitate rapid, accurate and stable response for a wide variety of power supply applications. It offers current-mode control with programmable phase compensation, adjustable soft-start and external capacitor control of its internal switch current limit. It also features a wide input voltage range, output voltage tracking with active current-limit capability, loop compensation, and adjustable soft-start with tracking. This controller is ideal for supporting a typical buck converter in a wide variety of DC/DC power systems in computing, industrial and automotive applications.
