Texas Instruments S4MF03107SPZQQ1 is a low-jitter, 6-output frequency synthesizer with integrated phase-locked loops (PLLs). It is a high- performance timing solution for multi-rate frequency synthesis, clock distribution, and data conversion applications. The device's advanced PLL’s are integrated with a variety of features, including programmable loop bandwidth, an adjustable FVCO, an adjustable charge pump current, and an integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). Additionally, the S4MF03107SPZQQ1 offers 1.5 ps RMS jitter and low phase noise, making it an ideal solution for radio communication, test and instrumentation, and digital television applications. Other features of the device include up to 6 outputs with flexible output control, 300 KHz to 800 MHz support, wide-band programmable fractional-N synthesis, synchronization inputs, and advanced pull-in range. The S4MF03107SPZQQ1 is available in a small, 6-pin TSSOP package and operates over a voltage range of 1.8 V to 5 V.
