MM74HC74AMTCX

The MM74HC74A is manufactured in an advanced CMOS process and operates at speeds comparable to LS-TTL parts. It offers the high immunity and low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits and can drive 10 LS-TTL loads. The flip-flop has separate data, preset, clear, and clock inputs, as well as Q and Q# outputs. The logic level of the data input is transmitted to the output during forward conversion of the clock pulse. The preset and clear inputs are clock independent and are accomplished by a low level on the appropriate input. 74HC logic family is compatible with the standard 74LS logic family in terms of function and pin-out. All inputs are protected from damage due to electrostatic discharge by clamping internal diodes to VCC and ground.
