STM32F103ZCT6 Description
The STM32F103ZCT6 is a high density performance line STM32 F1 series 32-bit Microcontroller incorporates the high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 RISC core operating at a 72MHz frequency, high speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 256kB and SRAM up to 48KB) and an extensive range of enhanced peripherals and I/Os connected to two APB buses. This device has three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers plus one PWM timer, and conventional communication interfaces such as up to two I2Cs, three SPIs, two I2Ss, one SDIO, five USARTs, a USB, and a CAN.
