Description
The 24LC64-I/SN is an 8-pin SOIC-packaged 64Kbit serial I2C EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory). The device is configured as a single 8K x 8bit memory block with a two-wire serial interface. The low voltage design allows for operation at as low as 1.7V, with standby and active currents of only 1A and 3mA, respectively. It was created for advanced low- power applications like personal communications and data acquisition. The 24LC64 supports page write for up to 32Bytes of data. Functional address lines allow up to eight devices to share a 512Kbit address space on the same bus. It has over 1 million erase/write cycles and more than 200 years of data retention.
