Analog Devices Inc. ADM1485JRZ is a 3.3 V single-channel RS-485/RS-422 transceiver. It complies with the TIA/EIA-485-A and TIA/EIA-422-B standards, making it suitable for multiple-node applications. The ADM1485JRZ offers 1.5 kV ESD protection, allowing the device to operate in harsh conditions while maintaining reliable communication. In addition, the transceiver includes low power modes, enabling power-efficient operation and wide operating temperature ranges, up to 125 °C. The device features both differential outputs, which provide a common-mode voltage of up to 5 V, and differential input with hysteresis to reduce line noise, making it an ideal choice for complete communication systems.
