The Texas Instruments TPS70145PWP Linear Voltage Regulators offer fixed and 500mA output, a 250mA output and wide -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range. They come in a 20-HTSSOP packaging and are designed to efficiently regulate an input voltage to a desired output voltage level and provide excellent line and load regulation. The TPS70145PWP Regulators feature a low 37mV dropout voltage @ IOUT=500 mA, low ground current, over-current and over- temperature protection, and are ideal for applications such as highly- efficient high current power supplies, battery powered systems and automotive applications. The output voltage of the TPS70145PWP is adjustable/fixed between +2.5V to +15V and its high peak current capability of 600mA A can power larger loads over short periods of time.
