The STMicroelectronics Power Distribution Switches and Load Drivers VNQ860 are designed to help provide reliable and efficient power distribution for embedded devices and other applications. This solution consists of two components: a 250 mA auto restart, status flag and an N-Channel VIPower 20-SO general purpose 5.5 V ~ 36 V logic-controlled switch with integrated load driver. With its -40～C to 150～C (TJ) temperature range, the VIPower switch can operate in harsh environments. This makes the VNQ860 ideal for automotive, industrial, and medical applications. The load driver is also capable of controlling loads up to 35 A with minimal switching (pulse-width modulation) noise. This feature makes it suitable for ensuring reliable and smooth power flow in equipment with sensitive circuitry. The VNQ860 is a user friendly and cost effective power distribution solution which ensures safe, efficient and reliable power management.
